Cancellation Timeframe:

• 0-48 hours before the check-in date: No Refund
• 48 – 72 hours before the check-in date: 50% Refund
• 72 hours or more before the check-in date: 100% Refund

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be settled in the original mode of payment used during the booking.
